For ADL in Canada, HSV Combi is developing a turnkey plant for the production of feta and havarti. The project, worth approx. DKK 60 million, automates a previously manual production and brings process equipment, mold handling, electrical and automation together in one integrated solution.

Existing semi-hard cheese plant extended to round and block cheese

HSV Combi extended TINE Elnesvågen's existing semi-hard cheese plant so that it could produce both round cheeses and block cheeses. The project, worth approx. DKK 30 million, covered mold handling, conveying, fully automatic brining, automation and integration with the existing pre-press and cheese press systems.
