The website
Cookies and statistics
The website does not use cookies for statistics, profiling or marketing, and there is no embedded third-party tracking. That is also why no cookie banner is shown.
As part of normal operation, the web server may record technical log lines about the pages requested. The logs are used for operation and security and are not combined with information about you.
Inquiries
When you call or write to us
If you contact us by phone or email, we process the information you give us – typically name, company, phone number, email and what the inquiry is about. The information is used to answer the inquiry and to carry out any resulting project.
The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and entering into agreements, cf. Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The information is not shared with anyone other than the suppliers necessary to handle your inquiry, and it is never sold on.
Do not send confidential drawings, recipes or sensitive personal data in a regular email. Call us instead, and we will arrange secure transfer or a non-disclosure agreement.
Your rights
Access, rectification and erasure
You have the right to access the information we process about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have information deleted, to object to the processing and to receive the information in a common format. Write to info@hsvcombi.dk and we will get back to you.
If you disagree with the way we process the information, you can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, dt@datatilsynet.dk.
Retention
How long we keep the information
Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted when they are no longer relevant. Information linked to a project is kept for as long as the project and the subsequent service require, and thereafter for the periods required by accounting and product liability rules.
