Production lines developed for the real project
When standard equipment does not fit the product, process or factory, we develop a custom-designed line around your specific needs.
In brief – for those making the investment decision
Potential operational effect
Potential for higher capacity and fewer manual steps where standard equipment does not fit the product, the space or the cycle rate.
Basis for calculation
- Capacity in each step
- Existing machines
- Space conditions
- Product changeovers
- Staffing
- Planned stops
Risk and other value
Function testing at our facilities where possible, and an installation that can be planned around short production stops.
The expected effect is calculated from your baseline and depends on product, process, capacity and operation.
From challenge to solution
The project is clarified before the drawings are made
Product, capacity, process and residence times, hygiene, space, access, existing machines, utilities and future expansions are clarified before detailed engineering starts.
- Product and capacity
- Process and residence times
- Hygiene and cleaning
- Space and access conditions
- Existing machines
- Utilities
- Future expansions
- Operator workflows
Lines we can develop
Eight types of projects we solve with custom designs
The list is not exhaustive. If the function is not mentioned, it is usually exactly the kind of project we develop from the ground up.
- Mold filling and pressing
- Mold, lid and cheese handling
- Washing of cheeses, molds and racks
- Brining and brine handling
- Rack loading and rack unloading
- XY and XYZ gantry systems
- Internal conveying and automatic buffers
- Special processes with no suitable standard solution
Integration and testing
Built to fit into a running production
Solutions can be integrated into existing factories and prepared for short production stops. Where possible, the equipment is assembled and function-tested before it is delivered.
This makes it possible to clarify the interfaces to your current equipment, utilities and controls in advance – so more of the time at the factory can be spent on installation and commissioning rather than troubleshooting.
Not in the catalog?
When the solution does not exist, we develop it
Describe the function you are missing – preferably before you have decided how it should be solved. The earlier we see the project, the more options remain open.
Feel free to attach drawings, photos or video of your current solution.
