How we work
We follow the solution all the way
Development, engineering, project management, production, automation, installation, commissioning and service in one continuous process – with the same people from start to finish.
One organization
We design, develop and manufacture
The customer is not just buying a tank or a machine, but the knowledge and the responsibility that make the whole solution work.
Design
We draw up the possibilities for you: process design, P&IDs and 3D layouts of the entire plant.
Develop
From smaller components to larger plants: mechanics, process and automation developed around the same function.
Manufacture
Stainless steel fabrication, assembly and FAT on 8,500 m² in Sdr. Bjert – close to the people who designed the equipment.
Project phases
Eleven phases. No handovers to strangers.
Click through the process. For each phase you can see what we do and what you get.
PHASE 01
Needs assessment
We clarify product, process, capacity, hygiene, staffing, building and existing equipment.
You get: a shared understanding of the project and a recommendation for the next step.
PHASE 02
Feasibility study and process design
A paid feasibility study turns the need into calculations, diagrams, layouts and technical concepts.
You get: process flow, capacity calculations, P&ID, 3D layout, budget estimate and risks.
PHASE 03
Approval of solution and scope
Solution, scope of supply and interfaces to your other suppliers are defined and approved.
You get: scope and block diagrams, responsibility and interface lists.
PHASE 04
Engineering and 3D
Machine and tank design, piping, hygienic design, machine safety and calculations – with design reviews along the way.
You get: 3D models for approval and the basis for drawings.
PHASE 05
Project management
Overview of scope, responsibility, time, risks, changes and testing – with direct access to the entire organization.
You get: schedule, milestones, RAG status and decision log.
PHASE 06
Production and automation
Tanks, machines and skid units are manufactured in Sdr. Bjert. Experience from the workshop is fed directly back into engineering.
You get: material and welding documentation.
PHASE 07
FAT – testing before delivery
The equipment is assembled and function-tested at our facility, so as many faults as possible are found in the workshop and not during your production stop.
You get: FAT protocol – and the opportunity to take part.
PHASE 08
Assembly and installation
Access, lifting, utilities, production stop and other suppliers are planned before the equipment arrives.
You get: installation plan and mechanical completion.
PHASE 09
SAT and process commissioning
Testing under realistic conditions and optimization until the process runs stably with real product.
You get: SAT protocol and documented commissioning.
PHASE 10
Training and handover
Operators and technicians are trained, and the plant is handed over with complete documentation.
You get: manuals, spare parts lists and as-built documentation.
PHASE 11
Service and further development
HSV Service takes over with the same knowledge of the plant – and engineering stands ready for the next improvement.

Organization in balance
Half design. Half build.
The design engineer can walk down to the workshop and talk to the people who build the equipment. That helps ensure the solution not only looks right – but can also be built, installed and maintained.

Competencies
Dive into the individual disciplines
The visible delivery may be a tank, a machine or a complete line. The value is created by what lies behind it.
What happens next?
Bring us in early – it makes for the best project
The earlier we are involved, the more problems get solved on the drawing board instead of on the factory floor.
