How we work · Installation

From finished equipment to working production

We plan and carry out installation, assembly, testing and commissioning in close cooperation with you and the project's other parties.

Installed process plant in operation at a customer after installation and commissioning.

What do you get out of it?

The installation is part of the solution

Access, lifting, existing equipment, production stops, utilities and other suppliers are taken into account before the equipment arrives.

Why the plan holds

  • The installation plan is in place before the equipment ships
  • The same people know the equipment from the workshop
  • Production stops are planned together with you
  • The plant is commissioned until the process is stable

Project phases

Nine steps from delivery to handover

The sequence is adapted to your factory, but the content is the same: plan, install, test and commission – and hand over only when it works.

  1. Installation plan and prerequisitesAccess, lifting, utilities, production stops and other suppliers.
  2. Mechanical installation and pipingPositioning, fitting and hygienic piping on site.
  3. Coordination of electrical and automationInterfaces to controls, panels and existing systems.
  4. Mechanical completionAdjustment, sealing and preparation for testing.
  5. Function test without productMovements, sequences and safety are tested dry.
  6. SAT and testing under realistic conditionsThe plant is tested under the conditions it will run in.
  7. Process commissioning and optimizationAdjustment until the process runs stably with real product.
  8. Operator and technician trainingThe people who will operate and maintain the plant are trained.
  9. Handover to HSV ServiceService takes over with the same knowledge of the plant.

At your factory

Knowledge follows the solution out onto the real factory floor

Installation rarely takes place in an empty room. There is existing equipment, limited space, production that has to keep running, and other suppliers in the same area.

Production stops are planned together

We agree in advance what can be prepared outside the stop, what requires downtime, and when production can start again.

Handover

Handover is not goodbye

Once the plant is running, HSV Service takes over with the same knowledge of the solution. Training, documentation and a spare parts list are included.
