From the first process idea to a plant in stable operation, we develop the solution around your product, your production and your ambitions.
Seven solution areas
Some customers start with an entirely new plant. Others with a bottleneck, a new cheese type or a trial that needs to be scaled up. The areas overlap – and so do the projects.

01
Integrated production lines developed around cheese type, capacity and degree of automation.

02
One integrated project process from feasibility study to documentation, commissioning and service.

03
Production lines for functions where a standard solution does not fit.

04
Improvement of existing plants with a focus on capacity, operation, hygiene and working environment.

05
Automated solutions for cheeses, molds, lids, racks and production equipment.

06
Tanks, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, piping, instrumentation and cleaning brought together around the process.

From milk to ripened cheese
The process is the same all the way to the cheese vats. From there, the cheese type determines whether the curd is pre-pressed under whey or drained before mold filling. Click a step to see the equipment.
Route A · Cheeses pre-pressed under whey
The curd is pre-pressed under whey. The mass is cut into blocks, filled into molds and final-pressed. Example: Danbo.
Route B · Cheeses drained and pressed without whey
The curd is drained before mold filling – on a drainage belt or vibrating screen. Then self-pressing, turning or final pressing. Example: Havarti.

Our starting point
We do not start by choosing a standard machine. We start by understanding the production the equipment has to work in.
What happens next?
Then start by describing the challenge. We find the specialist who fits your project – and tell you if we are not the right ones.
Feel free to attach drawings, photos or video of your current production.
