How we work · Production
From 3D model to finished plant at our own facilities
We fabricate and assemble tanks, machines, skid units and complete plant sections in Sdr. Bjert.
Engineering and craftsmanship
Production is part of the project organization
Practical questions are settled directly, and experience from the workshop and installation is fed back to engineering.
- Design engineer and welder can talk the same day
- Changes are assessed with both the drawing and the workpiece at hand
- Experience from previous plants stays in-house
- Wherever possible, the equipment is assembled and function-tested before it leaves the factory

Testing before delivery
More faults are found in the workshop – fewer in your production
Wherever possible, the equipment is assembled and function-tested at our facilities before it ships. It is cheaper to correct a fault in a workshop than during a production stop at a factory in operation.
You can take part in the FAT
Your technicians and operators are welcome to join in when the equipment is tested. It also gives you a head start on training.
