Solutions · Turnkey

One partner from first idea to stable operation

We deliver turnkey projects with responsibility for the whole project or substantial parts of it. Process know-how, engineering, project management, automation, production, installation and service are brought together in one organization.

In brief – for those making the investment decision

Potential operational effect

Potential for higher and more stable capacity, because capacity, production and cleaning are aligned as one whole.

Basis for calculation

  • Overall capacity calculation
  • Staffing
  • Uptime
  • Water, chemicals and energy
  • Phase plan and investment level

Risk and other value

Fewer supplier interfaces, one point of contact and the option to test the complete function before installation.

The expected effect is calculated from your baseline and depends on product, process, capacity and operation.

The project

Turnkey is about integration

A turnkey project consists of decisions, calculations, interfaces and practical conditions that have to fit together. That is why we think process, equipment, automation, cleaning, installation and documentation together from the start.

What you avoid

  • Many interfaces and unclear responsibility
  • Standard equipment that does not fit
  • Slow problem-solving between suppliers
  • A gap between consulting and execution

The investment

The value of the complete solution

A turnkey delivery is not just about combining several machines in one order. It can reduce the overall risk of both the project and the operation.

When process, mechanical design, automation, cleaning, internal conveying and documentation are developed by the same organization, it becomes easier to align capacities, manage interfaces and test the complete function before installation.

  • Fewer supplier interfaces
  • Less internal coordination on the customer's side
  • One overall capacity calculation
  • Fewer changes late in the project
  • More controlled installation and commissioning
  • Better alignment between production and cleaning
  • Documentation developed throughout the project
  • One point of contact from feasibility study to service

This cannot always be translated directly into a single savings percentage. But fewer interfaces, earlier clarification and single-point responsibility reduce the risk of delays, extra work and solutions that do not work together.

The project process

Eight phases, one organization

The knowledge built up in the first phases follows the project all the way. You do not have to start over at every transition.

  1. Needs assessmentProduct, capacity, plant and ambitions.
  2. Feasibility study and process designCalculations, P&ID and 3D layout as the basis for decision.
  3. Scope and interfacesClear division of responsibility between all parties.
  4. Detailed engineeringMechanical design, piping, hygiene and machine safety.
  5. Project managementSchedule, risks, changes and RAG status.
  6. Production and automationManufacturing and FAT in Sdr. Bjert.
  7. Installation and commissioningInstallation, SAT and process commissioning on site.
  8. Handover and serviceTraining, as-built and handover to HSV Service.

Early involvement

Start with a feasibility study – before the major investment

A paid feasibility study provides a realistic and documented basis for decision. Know-how is a service in its own right – not free consulting ahead of a quotation.

Typical deliverables

  • Process analysis and flow diagram
  • Capacity calculations
  • P&IDs
  • Equipment concepts and 3D layout
  • Scope, phases and schedule
  • Budget estimate, risks and open questions

Scope of supply

What can a turnkey project include?

The scope is adapted to the project. We can take responsibility for the entire plant or for substantial parts of it in cooperation with your other suppliers.

Project phases
Milk treatment, cheese vats, curd buffer tanks, draining and pre-pressing.
Mold circuit
Mold filling, pressing, turning, emptying, mold washing and buffers.
Brining and ripening
Brining systems, racks, automatic cranes and rack conveying.
Automation
Process control, XY/XYZ gantry systems, recipe control and data logging.
CIP and utilities
Cleaning-in-place, hygienic piping, process water and connections.
Installation
Installation, coordination of electrical and automation, SAT and commissioning.
Documentation
P&ID, functional descriptions, FAT/SAT protocols, manuals and as-built.
Service
Training, spare parts lists, service agreements and ongoing optimization.

Quality in every phase

Quality is not a final inspection

It is created through requirements, design, component selection, hygiene, manufacturing, testing and documentation – and the requirements of your market are identified early.

  • FATAssembly and function test in Sdr. Bjert before delivery
  • SATTesting under realistic conditions at your plant
  • P&IDShared, approved basis for process and automation
  • As-builtComplete documentation package at handover
